There will always be time for treatment in your first session! We begin by taking an in-depth history and assessment of your complaint and immediately start to create a tailored plan for your condition. We find that often allowing the client to tell us everything, rather than us leading the conversation; not only ensures that we find the root cause but also speeds our sessions up. This allows us to spend more time focusing on the most important thing – making you feel better and working towards reaching your full potential.
We hope that you will see improvements immediately in your first session. Following which, we will be able to give you a good indication of how long we believe it will take for you to recover. Each client is different and unique, which is why we don’t believe in giving you a “textbook” answer – some require more, and some require less. We’ll definitely be able to give you an answer in your follow-up session.
If we were to list all the conditions, we are able to treat, this website would go on-and-on. A good way to look at it is, if you believe that you may be suffering from pain/discomfort or even a performance issue as a result of muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints etc. then we can definitely help you. Clients do not need a referral from a GP to be treated, however we do happily accept referrals from GPs and look forward to working together with them to ensure that our clients receive the best level of care possible.

Yes, we provide on-site HICAPS claims for all our clients to ensure convenience – meaning all you have to do is cover the gap. Don’t forget to bring your card!
We definitely accept all of these different options! We highly recommend speaking to your GP beforehand however to ensure that the process is as smooth as possible.
If for whatever reason you need to cancel or reschedule your session with us, we kindly ask that you do so prior to 24 hours of your appointment time. A missed session not only may potentially slow down your own recovery, but also takes away an opportunity for another client to receive care. As a result, cancellation fees apply under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made within 24hrs of the scheduled session time will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 12hrs or non-attendance of the scheduled session time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
